Lifting Intenser

• Chin to ear: Start at the chin area and stroke with gentle pressure from the chin to the ear. Repeat this movement on both sides of the face 3 to 6 times.
• Corners of the mouth to the middle of the ear: Start at the corners of the mouth and stroke from there to the middle of the ear. Repeat 3 to 6 times on both sides of the face.
• Nostril to temple: Start at the nostril and stroke gently up to the temple. Repeat this movement 3 to 6 times on both sides of the face.
• Outer sides of the neck: Then pull the Lifting Intenser along the same part of the face and finish the movement on the outer sides of the neck. Repeat this 3 to 6 times per side.
• Upper lip: Massage the Lifting Intenser in circular movements from the inside to the outside over the upper lip. Repeat 3 to 6 times on both sides. Hold the Intenser on the area for about 5 seconds with light pressure and then gently pull off to the outer sides of the neck.
• Eyebrows: Hold the Lifting Intenser between the eyebrows for 5 seconds with light pressure and then gently pull it upwards. Repeat 3 to 6 times on each side.
• Nostrils: Stroke from the nostril to the tip of the nose, 3 to 6 times on both sides of the face.
• Forehead: Massage the Intenser in circular movements from one half of the forehead to the other. Then gently remove the Lifting Intenser. Repeat the movement 3 to 6 times.
• Lying figure of eight: Finally, massage the Lifting Intenser over the forehead and temples in the shape of a lying figure of eight. Finally, hold it on the temples for a few seconds with gentle pressure. Repeat 3 to 6 times here too.
• The stroking movements can be combined with circular movements as desired to intensify the effect.
