Whether your hair is straight, curly, thin, or thick – in addition to these natural structural characteristics, your previous hair care routine is also crucial for the color result. Chemically treated and bleached hair, in particular, is usually very damaged, dry, and brittle. If you are unsure about your hair's structure and how well it will absorb the color, please dye a test strand first.

Recommended water temperature: 75°C

Recommended exposure time: Depending on the intensity of the yellow tint, the exposure time varies between 30-45 minutes.

STEP 1 | Prepare your hair

To rid your hair and scalp of buildup, silicones, and styling products, wash your hair with a certified organic, silicone-free shampoo. We recommend our Scalp Stimulating & Purifying Shampoo. Do not use conditioner or a hair mask after washing, as this reduces your hair's ability to absorb products.

STEP 2 | Mix the Silver Treatment

Prepare a whisk, a bowl (both non-metallic), gloves, and warm water. Shake the Silver Treatment vigorously before use to ensure the herbs and superfoods are thoroughly mixed. Stir it into the bowl with 75°C warm water until you achieve a creamy consistency. Depending on the length and thickness of your hair, you will need 30-100g of the Silver Treatment.

STEP 3 | Apply Silver Treatment

Place a towel over your shoulders. For optimal results, if your hair has an even yellow tint, apply the Silver Treatment from roots to ends using a tinting brush – otherwise, apply it only to specific areas. Depending on the intensity of the yellow tint, the processing time varies between 30 and 45 minutes. Our expert team will determine your individual processing time during your consultation.

STEP 4 | Rinse out the Silver Treatment

Rinse the Silver Treatment out with lukewarm water. Please do not use shampoo so that the herbal pigments can develop optimally. For the perfect finishing touch, we recommend our certified organic, silicone-free Volume & Shine Hydrating Conditioner.
